Giveaway Name: Oak & Ivory Interiors MOOD Virtual Decorating Giveaway (the “Giveaway”).
The Giveaway begins on October 15, 2026 at 6am MST and ends on October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST (the “Giveaway Period”).
Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Entrants must have access to an internet-connected device and a valid email address and must be able to participate in a virtual interior decorating service.
Void where prohibited by law.

Following Oak & Ivory Interiors on Instagram or Facebook, liking giveaway posts, and sharing the promotion are encouraged but are not required to enter or win. These activities do not provide additional entries or improve the odds of winning.
No purchase, payment, social media account, or marketing subscription is required.
Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
Number of prizes: One (1).
Prize: One complimentary MOOD Virtual Interior Decorating Package for one (1) residential room, provided by Oak & Ivory Interiors LLC.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $495.
The package includes:
The prize is limited to one room selected by the winner and approved for the service.
The prize does not include furniture, décor, paint, materials, product purchases, shipping, installation, contractor services, construction, or in-person decorating.
Room measurements, detailed floor plans, and space planning are not included in MOOD.
The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be substituted for another service at the winner's request. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Drawing Date: November 1, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The random drawing will be conducted by Oak & Ivory Interiors LLC.
The potential winner will be notified by email using the address submitted on the entry form within three (3) business days after the drawing.
The potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of notification to confirm eligibility and accept the prize.
If the potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing.
The Sponsor will never require payment to claim the prize.
The confirmed winner must begin the MOOD project intake process within thirty (30) calendar days after accepting the prize, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
The winner will be required to complete the standard MOOD design questionnaire and provide the information reasonably necessary to complete the project, including room photographs, design preferences, approximate dimensions when relevant, and an anticipated furniture and décor budget.
The winner is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
The prize covers professional virtual decorating services only. Any purchases recommended as part of the design are optional and are the winner's financial responsibility.
The project will follow Oak & Ivory Interiors' standard MOOD process, including the applicable scope, revision limitations, and project requirements communicated to the winner.
The prize must be used within ninety (90) calendar days of winner confirmation, subject to timely completion of required onboarding materials and scheduling availability.
Ownership of Design Materials
Oak & Ivory Interiors LLC (“Sponsor”) retains all ownership rights, copyrights, and intellectual property interests in its original design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, furniture and décor selections, design presentations, styling recommendations, and other original materials created in connection with the MOOD Virtual Decorating Package.
The winner receives a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the completed design materials for personal, noncommercial decorating purposes within the designated room.
License to Use Submitted Materials
As a condition of accepting and redeeming the Giveaway prize, the winner grants Oak & Ivory Interiors LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, publish, distribute, crop, edit, adapt, and incorporate photographs, room images, design inspiration, and other visual materials submitted by the winner in connection with the MOOD design project, solely to the extent the winner owns or is authorized to license those materials.
This license includes use in the Sponsor's portfolio, website, social media accounts, digital advertisements, printed marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and other business marketing activities.
Use of Completed Design Projects
Oak & Ivory Interiors LLC may photographically or digitally reproduce, publish, display, modify, and promote the mood boards, design concepts, design presentations, and other original materials it creates for the winner.
Such promotional use may include submitted room photographs, before-and-after design presentations, concept boards, product selections, and other project visuals covered by the license above.
The Sponsor may use these authorized materials without obtaining additional approval from the winner for each publication and without providing additional compensation.
Privacy and Third-Party Materials
The winner represents that they own or have obtained all necessary permissions to grant the rights described in this section.
The winner agrees not to submit photographs or materials containing identifiable individuals, minors, confidential documents, sensitive personal information, or third-party copyrighted content unless all legally required permissions have been obtained.
Oak & Ivory Interiors LLC may remove, crop, blur, or otherwise obscure identifying or sensitive information before publishing project materials.
The Sponsor will not publish the winner's full name, street address, contact information, or identifiable images of individuals without any additional consent required by applicable law.
Prize Acceptance and Acknowledgment
The promotional-use license described in this section is a disclosed condition of accepting and redeeming the MOOD Virtual Decorating Package prize, rather than a condition of entering the random drawing.
Before submitting project photographs or other design materials, the confirmed winner will be required to acknowledge and accept these terms through a written or electronic prize-acceptance agreement.
Once the required rights have been granted, Oak & Ivory Interiors LLC may use the authorized materials for the purposes described above without requesting separate approval for each use, subject to applicable law and any nonwaivable privacy or intellectual property rights.
The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes arising from receipt of the prize.
All expenses not expressly included in the prize description are the winner's responsibility.
Personal information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and fulfill the prize.
Information will be handled in accordance with Oak & Ivory Interiors LLC's Privacy Policy, available at [PRIVACY POLICY URL].
Entrants may separately opt in to receive marketing communications, decorating inspiration, and special offers.
Consent to marketing communications is optional and does not affect Giveaway eligibility or the chances of winning.
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules.
The Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to disqualify entries involving fraud, manipulation, misrepresentation, or conduct that interferes with the fair administration of the Giveaway.
If technical problems, unauthorized interference, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control materially affect the Giveaway, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel it as permitted by law.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
By participating, each entrant releases Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms, Inc. from claims arising from the administration of this Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Colorado, without limiting any nonwaivable consumer protections available to entrants under applicable law.
Following confirmation of the winner, requests for the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence may be submitted to giveaway@oakandivoryinteriors.com subject to applicable privacy laws.
